how’s being veg in Japan going for ya? There’s this wonderful veg blog with great recipes that I’ve been enjoying, and recently I was reading about her trip to Tokyo and some good spots:

It’s tricky as hell! Doesn’t help that I don’t live centrally so there isn’t that metropolitian demand for things…

Hi there! I’m not vegetarian, but appreciate vegetarian cooking… and I also live in Japan! I think it would be quite the challenge to go completely vegetarian… so がんばれ！
